Dam It Man kids duathlon! The Dam It Kids youth race will be a duathlon held at the Dam Site at 6:30 pm Saturday, July 23rd 2011. Entry fee is FREE.

"Dam Site Du" distances:

13-15 yr olds: 5 mile bike, 1 mile run
11-12 year olds: 3.5 mile bike .75 mile run
9-10 year olds: 2.5 mile bike, .5 mile run
7-8 year olds: 1.5 mile bike, .5 mile run
at least 6 by the end of 2010: 1 mile bike, .25 mile run

The race is free to kids but the parents have to sign the waiver.
